The Study Circles were set up to meet the needs of established teachers, teacher trainees and diligent practitioners. Once a month we come together for a substantial practice and discussion around the themes that are revealed during the sharing pow-wow. We start with a meditation and pranayama practice followed by a circle sharing. After the tea brake the practices unfold around strong and mindful postural/sequence studies and the morning typically finishes with a discussion on themes that are at the heart of a life in Yoga. The Study Circles are open to all curious and diligent practitioners of any style of Yoga who would like to deepen their practice and are ready to share their experience, knowledge and enquiry. Circles run monthly on a Saturday morning 9-1.
