Tuesday | 6.30-8 | Explores deeper layers with triyoga: fluid movement, breath and yoga Nidra (guided relaxation). Open level.

Wednesday | 9.45-11 | Gentle yoga, tensegrity and integration of breath and movement, Open level.

Thursday | 9.45-11 | A floor based Yoga session focussing on core strength, mindfulness and pranayama. Open level.

Thursday | 11-12 | Sonic meditations with breath, voice, silence and deep listening. Open level.

Thursday | 6.30-8 | Yoga postures and sequences, exploring all spinal movements and inversions with and without support. Open level.

YOGA DAYS

We offer two Yoga Days each year. One in the Spring and another in the late Autumn.

Both Days run from 9.30 to 4.30 and cost £50.

A variety of teas and different milks are available and you are invited to bring your own lunch.

Typically, the Spring day is an invitation to immerse into a thorough practice starting with cleansing pranayamas and outdoor kriyas (weather permitting!). The day then unfolds around a integrated wholistic practice that includes all spinal movements. After lunch there is an opportunity to reflect on a chosen text and we finish the day with a long relaxation and our traditional mudra.

The Autumn day focusses on a strong practice with long timing advanced pranayamas and kriyas. This sustained practice includes advanced sequences and back bends. In the afternoon we reflect on a text and the day unfolds with inversions, Nidra and our finishing mudra.
